How can I book an appointment at Dat Salon?

You can call, email or use our online booking system, Mindbody! Just click on “book now” on our website for access.

 

How can I pay for my service?

Dat Salon accepts debit, cash and all major credit cards. Please note that gratuities are not included in your service total.

 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Dat Salon requires 48 hours notice to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment. If this policy is not met, a 50% cancellation charge will be applied to your account. If your appointment is missed without notice, a charge will be applied to your account for the full cost of the missed appointment. These charges must be paid in full in order to schedule any future appointments.

 

What is your Refund Policy?

We do not offer refunds on any services. However, if for any reason the services you received did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of your original appointment and we will re-do your services for no additional cost. Please note that any corrections must be scheduled within 10 days of the initial visit and with original stylist/service provider.

 

How do I know if my appointment is confirmed?

Requests for appointments submitted after business hours will be confirmed after 11:00am the following business day. Email and/or text remainders will be sent out 48 hours in advance. You must click on the link to confirm your appointment. If you do not, Dat Salon will contact you via email, so please make sure that your contact information on is up-to-date. In the event that your appointment is not confirmed and you cannot be reached, Dat Salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

 

Why I am not receiving email notifications and reminders?

In order for Dat Salon to communicate with you via email, you must “Opt-in” or “Subscribe” to receive email reminders. This option is available to select when creating your Mindbody login information.

 

What is included in my appointment?

All appointments include a complimentary consultation. Cut services include a wash and style. Colour services include wash and a simple finish. You may upgrade the simple finish to a blowdry and style for an additional charge. Additional services and upgrades may be added. Please contact the salon if you are unsure as to which services you require.
